Here’s a tip to help you calm your mind when you’re feeling anxious. It only takes a couple of minutes!

You can use this mindfulness activity at any time.

1) Get comfy.
2) Slowly breathe in for 4 seconds.
3) Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
4) Slowly exhale for 4 seconds.
5) Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
6) Repeat 4 times.
